AUTO ACCIDENT INSURANCE COMPANY ATTORNEY COVERAGE
There
has been bad publicity about insurance companies lately. According to a
recent survey ranking, only 30 percent of American consumers think that
insurance companies that offer auto insurance company attorney coverage do a
good job of taking care of their customers. This is a very low ranking.
However, this survey would seem biased against insurance companies that
offer auto insurance company coverage because other industries like the
consumer goods industry. The consumer goods industry ranks high because
the good that they sell is immediately consumed, unlike those of
insurance companies that offer auto insurance company coverage.
Come to think of it, it makes sense that the industry of
consumer goods ranks high on a survey like this and that insurance
companies that offer auto insurance company coverage ranks low. With
insurance companies, you pay your premiums. You might ask: “for what?”.
If in case you pay for auto insurance company coverage and your car did
not encounter an accident, you pay a hefty premium for no tangible
consumer good. If in case your car actually gets damaged, then you
would still be unhappy dealing with the insurance system and the other
additional costs of the accident which is not covered in the auto
insurance company coverage. That is the reason why insurance companies
do not have such a high appreciation level in the society.
If you compare the industry of supermarket and consumer goods against
the insurance industry, you would get not get an unbiased result. It’s
as if pitting up for a race a donkey and a prime stallion.
You might ask, what exactly it is that consumers buy when they
are purchasing insurance? Basically, most would say, it is “peace of
mind”. The main problem with selling “peace of mind” products like auto
insurance company coverage is that whenever a customer of a certain
insurance company tells other people how badly his/ her insurance
policy, for example, auto insurance company coverage, was handled, the
person who hears about it also loses a trust on the insurance company
system. “Peace of mind” could no longer be adequately provided by any
insurance company. This is so even if the unsatisfied customer has a
different insurance company.
There was this story of a certain insurance company that put
out a call for volunteers to help out in the aftermath of a typhoon.
The company was looking for people to help out the adjusters to assess
the payment to the auto insurance company coverage. The volunteers who
helped found themselves deeply rewarded by the act. This was because
they felt they were delivering on the promise of “peace of mind”.
